PDMR NOTIFICATION
Ediston Property Investment Company PLC announces that it was notified that, on 8 March 2021, Lourde Archibald, wife of, and Person Closely Associated with, Director Robin Archibald, transferred 25,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from her savings account to her ISA account. These shares were sold at a price of 67.60 pence per Ordinary Share and following this transaction, the shares were purchased at a price of 67.72 pence per Ordinary Share.
In addition, on 8 March 2021, Lourde Archibald purchased 14,183 Ordinary at a price of 69.80 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result, Mr and Mrs Archibald have a total beneficial interest, in aggregate, of 96,216 Ordinary Shares, representing c. 0.05% of the Company's current issued share capital.
