Directorate Changes

The Company announces that Robert Dick will be retiring from the Board and will cease to be a director from 31 March 2020. Notification that he would be standing down as audit chair was given on 27 February and the handover of his duties to Robin Archibald has now been successfully completed.

Imogen Moss, will join the Board with effect from 1 April, as previously announced on 3 December 2019, bringing very senior and experienced property legal expertise to the Board.

Commenting on Mr Dick's departure the Chairman, William Hill, said:

"Robert has been a director since the Company launched and, on behalf of the Board and the Company, I would like to thank him for his support and wise counsel during his tenure. As I disclosed in my statement in the annual report, Robert kindly gave notice some months ago of his wish to retire during this financial year which has enabled a smooth handover of his duties.   We offer our best wishes to Robert for the future."
