Change of Company Secretary and Registered Office

The Company announces that, following a review by its Management Engagement Committee, JTC (UK) Limited ("JTC") has been appointed as Company Secretary and Administrator, effective 29 January 2020.

JTC's appointment is on broadly similar commercial terms to those of the previous Company Secretary and Administrator, Maitland Administration Services (Scotland) Limited ("Maitland"). The Board would like to thank Maitland for its services since the Company's inception.

The Company also announces that its registered office address has changed with immediate effect to: The Scalpel, 18th Floor, 52 Lime Street, London EC3M 7AF.
