Milano, 26 aprile 2020 - Edison rende noto che l'Avviso di Convocazione dell'Assemblea Speciale dei titolari di azioni di risparmio del 27 maggio 2020 (in prima convocazione), del 28 maggio 2020 (in seconda convocazione) e del 29 maggio 2020 (in terza convocazione) e la Relazione illustrativa del Rappresentante comune degli azionisti di risparmio sulle materie all'ordine del giorno, con le relative proposte deliberative, sono a disposizione del pubblico, presso la sede della Società, nel sito di Edison Spa (https://www.edison.it/it/assemblea-speciale-2020) e presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "eMarket Storage" ().
