Snam sottopone offerta vincolante per Edison Stoccaggio
Milano, 4 giugno 2024 – In relazione alle indiscrezioni di stampa apparse oggi, Edison e Snam rendono noto che è stata presentata da quest'ultima un'offerta vincolante finalizzata alla compravendita del 100% di Edison Stoccaggio. L'offerta fa seguito all'avvio delle trattative in esclusiva tra Edison e Snam annunciate lo scorso 24 febbraio.
Ulteriori informazioni relative all'eventuale conclusione delle trattative saranno prontamente comunicate al mercato.

Snam submits a binding offer for Edison Stoccaggio
Milan, 4 June 2024 – With reference to today's press rumors, Edison and Snam announce that the latter has submitted a binding offer aimed at the purchase of 100% of Edison Stoccaggio. The offer follows the start of exclusive negotiations between Edison and Snam announced last 24 February.
The market will be duly informed about the possible conclusion of the negotiations.
