EDISON-ENI: ACCORDO PER CONTRATTO LONG TERM GAS LIBICO

Milano, 23 Giugno 2016 – Edison ed Eni hanno firmato un accordo per la revisione della formula di prezzo del contratto long term di fornitura di gas naturale dalla Libia. La nuova formula viene applicata sui volumi importati a partire dall'1 ottobre 2015 e avrà validità triennale.

Con questo accordo si chiude la price review avviata dall'Eni il primo ottobre 2015. Il contratto long term riguarda 4 miliardi di metri cubi di gas all'anno.

Edison conferma la previsione per il 2016 di un'EBITDA a circa 650 milioni di euro comunicata il 10 maggio scorso.

EDISON-ENI: AGREEMENT FOR LIBYAN LONG TERM GAS CONTRACT

Milan, June 23, 2016 – Edison and Eni signed an agreement to review the price formula of the long term gas supply contract from Libya. The new formula will be applied to the imported volumes starting from October 1, 2015 and shall be valid for three years.

The agreement closes the price review process started by Eni on October 1, 2015. The long term contract refers to the import of 4 billion cubic meters of gas per year.

Edison confirms that 2016 EBITDA should reach approximately 650 million euros as announced on May 10, 2016.
