Bertrand A. Valdman has resigned as Senior Vice President, Strategic Planning of Edison International, effective February 20, 2015. Ronald L. Litzinger, Executive Vice President of Edison International and President of Edison Energy, Inc., will lead the strategic initiatives effort until a permanent replacement can be named.
