Şirketimizin 01.01.2018-31.12.2018 hesap dönemine ait Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve Vergi Usul Kanunu hükümleri gereğince düzenlenen bireysel mali tablosuna göre vergi sonrası 2.306.073,92 TL dönem karı, Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatı'na göre düzenlenmiş konsolide mali tablolarımıza göre de 16.248.784 TL dönem karı oluşmuştur.

Buna göre SPK'nın kar dağıtımına ilişkin düzenlemeleri dâhilinde, 2018 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında ortakların onayına sunulmak üzere; Şirketimizin mali bünyesinin güçlendirilmesi ve yeni finansman ihtiyacı yaratılmaması amacıyla, VUK hükümlerine göre oluşan karın "Geçmiş Yıllar Zararları" hesabından mahsubuna, Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatı'na göre oluşan karın "Geçmiş Yıllar Karı" hesabına aktarılmasına bu sebeple kar dağıtımı yapılmamasına oy birliği ile karar verilmiştir.
