Şirketimizin 01.01.2017-31.12.2017 hesap dönemine ait Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve Vergi Usul Kanunu hükümleri gereğince düzenlenen bireysel mali tablosuna göre vergi sonrası 14.841.249,84 TL dönem karı, Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatı'na göre düzenlenmiş konsolide mali tablolarımıza göre de 11.976.967 TL dönem zararı oluşmuştur.

Buna göre SPK'nın kar dağıtımına ilişkin düzenlemeleri dâhilinde, 2017 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında ortakların onayına sunulmak üzere, Vergi Usul Kanunu hükümlerince hazırlanmış olan mali tablolarımızda oluşan karın Geçmiş Yıl Zararlarından mahsup edilmesine bu sebeple kar dağıtımı yapılmamasına oy birliği ile karar verilmiştir.
