Şirketimizin 04.04.2017 tarihinde yapılan 2016 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısında;

Yönetim Kurulu'nun 09.03.2017 tarihli kararı ile önerilen ve kamuya açıklanan, Şirketimizin Ticaret Kanunu ve Vergi Usul Kanunu hükümlerine göre düzenlenmiş mali tablolarına göre 1.191.030,98.-TL dönem zararı ile Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği kapsamında düzenlenen konsolide mali tablolarına göre 139.315,00-TL dönem kârı oluşmuştur. Buna göre Vergi Usul Kanunu hükümlerince hazırlanmış olan mali tablolarımızda oluşan dönem zararı nedeniyle kâr dağıtımı yapılmamasına yapılan oylama sonucunda oybirliği ile karar verildi.
