Edil San Felice wins a new contract worth over 9 million euros from ASPI for barrier regeneration works.
Contract awards exceed 65 million euros in the first six months of 2025.
Naples, July 2, 2025 – Edil San Felice S.p.A. Società Benefit ("the Company" or "Edil San Felice") – a leading integrated operator active in the maintenance of critical infrastructure in Italy and listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market – has been awarded, in a temporary joint venture (RTI) with Tubosider S.p.A., a new contract worth a total of €12,000,000.00 – including €2,400,000.00 allocated for safety costs – for the regeneration of safety barriers along motorway sections managed by Autostrade per l'Italia.
In the joint venture, Edil San Felice acts as the lead partner with an 80% share, corresponding to a contract value of €9,600,000.00.
The four-year Framework Agreement provides for works on motorway safety barriers. Specifically, the project includes the removal and replacement of existing barriers with new CE-certified devices, the installation of special terminals and protection panels, as well as the structural reinforcement of the installation points.
With this new award, the total value of contracts secured by Edil San Felice in the first half of 2025 exceeds €65 million.
