PRESS RELEASE

Edil San Felice receives a new order from Avio for a turnkey building and plant engineering project

Overall, ESF has secured more than €100 million in orders in 2025

Naples, 30 December 2025. Edil San Felice S.p.A. Società Benefit (the "Company" or "Edil San Felice") – a leading integrated operator active in the civil and industrial maintenance and infrastructure sector in Italy, listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market – has received a new order from Avio S.p.A. worth approximately €3 million for building and plant engineering works relating to a facility located at Avio's site in Colleferro (Rome).

The order concerns a turnkey project, including the executive design and permitting phase, as well as the subsequent execution of the works, with completion scheduled for Q1 2027.

The contract is part of the ongoing relationship with Avio, following other orders acquired in 2025 for the construction of civil infrastructure at Avio sites. Through this new assignment, Edil San Felice confirms its ability to progressively expand its operational scope, continuing its strategy of business diversification alongside its traditional motorway maintenance activities.

With this order, the total value of contracts acquired by the Company in 2025 rises to over €100 million, confirming a particularly strong year from a commercial standpoint and ensuring high visibility on future revenues.

Lorenzo Di Palma, CEO of Edil San Felice, commented: "We are very pleased to continue supporting a strategic player for the Italian industrial system such as Avio through a contract that confirms Edil San Felice's ability to progressively expand its operational scope, consistently pursuing its business diversification strategy. We are closing a particularly significant 2025 for the Company, both in terms of orders acquired – which provide strong visibility on future revenues – and with the launch of major innovative projects, such as the recent introduction of HERO, the first humanoid designed to operate safely on road construction sites. This growth path makes us proud, as it combines industrial development and innovation while remaining firmly rooted in our core values of safety and care for people, which underpin our distinctive zero-subcontracting policy."
