PROSPECTUS RELATING TO A BOND ISSUE AVAILABLE

Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 June 2017, the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) has granted approval number 20-258 dated June 16, 2020 to the prospectus relating to the issue of €600 million worth of 1.375% bonds maturing in 2029. The prospectus was compiled by the issuer and engages the responsibility of its signatories.
