PROSPECTUS RELATING TO A BOND ISSUE AVAILABLE
Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 June 2017, the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) has granted approval number 20-258 dated June 16, 2020 to the prospectus relating to the issue of €600 million worth of 1.375% bonds maturing in 2029. The prospectus was compiled by the issuer and engages the responsibility of its signatories.
Copies of the prospectus are available free of charge from the financial institutions authorized to receive subscriptions and from the Financial Communications Department at Edenred SA's headquarters, 14-16 boulevard Garibaldi, 92 130 Issy les Moulineaux France.
