LIQUIDITY CONTRACT

TERMINATION OF THE LIQUIDITY CONTRACT WITH EXANE BNP PARIBAS

Effective May 21, 2019, EDENRED has terminated its liquidity contract with EXANE BNP PARIBAS that complies with the code of ethics issued by AMAFI and approved by the Autorité des marchés financiers.

On May 21, 2019, the following assets were booked on the liquidity account:

€6 million

IMPLEMENTATION OF THE LIQUIDITY CONTRACT WITH KEPLER CHEVREUX

Effective May 29, 2019, until December 31, 2019, and automatically renewable, EDENRED has appointed KEPLER CHEVREUX for the implementation of the liquidity contract that complies with the code of ethics issued by AMAFI and approved by the Autorité des marchés financiers.

For the implementation of this agreement, the following assets were booked in the liquidity contract:

€10 million
