PROSPECTUS RELATING TO A BOND ISSUE AVAILABLE
Pursuant to Articles L. 412-1 and L. 621-8 of the French Monetary and Financial Code and its general regulations, in particular Articles 211-1 through 216-1, the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) has granted visa No.18-546 dated December 04, 2018 to the prospectus relating to the issue of €500 million worth of 1.875% bonds maturing in 2026. The prospectus was compiled by the issuer and engages the responsibility of its signatories.
Copies of the prospectus are available free of charge from the financial institutions authorized to receive subscriptions and from the Financial Communications Department at Edenred SA's headquarters, 166-180 Boulevard Gabriel Péri, 92 240 Malakoff France.
