Ref: Relevant Event.

Dear Sirs,

I hereby address you on behalf of Empresa Distribuidora y Comercializadora Norte S.A. (indistinctly, “EDENOR” or the “Company”) in compliance with the applicable norm, in order to inform that on February 19, the Company agreed to the Agreement on the Joint Exercise of the Regulation and Control of the Public Electric Power Distribution Service, concluded between the National State, the Province of Buenos Aires and the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, by means of which they recognized that the ownership and nature of Granting Power of the public electricity distribution service in the EDENOR concession area remains currently in the head of the National State, agreeing to nullify a series of instruments linked to the transfer of said service to local jurisdictions and committing to the creation of a tripartite body for the regulation and control of the activity.
