ISSUE OF ORDINARY FULLY PAID SHARES AND OPTIONS – EQUITY INCENTIVE PACKAGE UNDER EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTS

Eden Energy Ltd (“the Company”) announces that on the 29 April 2008 it has issued 1,079,083 fully paid ordinary shares and 886,763 options (expiring 30 September 2009 exercisable at 20 cents) in the Company in accordance with the Equity Incentive Package Under Employment Contracts as detailed in section 13.3.3 of the Eden Energy Ltd Prospectus dated 29 March 2006.
