ISSUE OF ORDINARY FULLY PAID SHARES AFTER EXERCISE OF OPTIONS

Issue of Shares

Eden Energy Ltd ("the Company") announces that it has issued 71,000 fully paid ordinary shares in the Company. These shares were issued as a result of the exercise of 71,000 options (being part of the options currently on issue and which are exercisable on or before 30 September 2009) at the exercise price of 20 cents each raising \$14,200.00.
