ISSUE OF ORDINARY FULLY PAID SHARES

Issue of Shares.

Eden Energy Ltd ("the Company") announces that it has issued 1,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares in the Company. These have been issued as the consideration for the purchase of the shares in HyRadix, Inc as per the announcement dated 27 April 2007. These shares are subject to voluntary restriction agreements and are escrowed to 26 April 2009.

Issue of Shares as a result of exercise of options.

Eden Energy Ltd ("the Company") announces that it has issued 49,757 fully paid ordinary shares in the Company. These shares were issued as a result of the exercise of 49,757 options (being part of the options currently on issue and which are exercisable on or before 30 September 2009) at the exercise price of 20 cents each raising \$9,951.40.
