Eden Innovations Ltd (ASX:EDE) (“Eden” or “the Company”) advises that it is seeking ASX quotation of options previously issued to shareholders & investors who participated in the entitlement and entitlement shortfall offers (exercisable at $0.07 each, expiring 8 September 2027) as announced to the ASX on 4 September 2025 and 10 November 2025 and as detailed in the options cleansing prospectus dated 4 February 2026 (“Quoted Options”).
Eden provides a Top 20 holder report and holder distribution report in respect of the Quoted Options.
