Eden and UKOG agree to extend the latest date for Completion of the Merger Agreement to merge Eden’s UK Gas and Petroleum Assets with UKOG

Eden and UKOG have agreed to extend the latest date for Completion of the conditional formal Merger Agreement in accordance with clause 2.7.1 of that agreement for a period of thirty days from the Longstop Date until 9 December 2014 to allow a longer period to seek to obtain the DECC Comfort Letter which is one of the conditions precedent to the Formal Merger Agreement.
