Please find attached an Appendix 3Y Change of Director’s Interest Notice for Mr Guy Le Page covering one sale of shares on 19 April 2016 and the acquisition of Shares and Options on 21 April 2016 that were previously unreported. The notice also covers a previously disclosed off market sale of shares on 26 November 2016.

The transactions of 19 and 21 April 2016 were inadvertently not reported to the Company at the time due to an administrative oversight.

As soon as the Director became aware of this oversight, he advised the Company and submitted the attached Appendix 3Y, which has been prepared to report the missed transactions.

Eden Innovations has policies in place to ensure it meets its disclosure obligations under the Listing Rules. The current policies are considered adequate to ensure compliance and it is considered that they are being properly observed and adequately enforced. Although there has been a lapse in the observance of these policies in this case, the affected Director sincerely apologies for the administrative oversight which has occurred and has advised the Company that he has taken action to ensure such an oversight doesn’t occur again. In addition the Company has set up with the share registry an alert on all of the affected Director’s holdings so the Company will be notified the next business day of any changes in his holdings.
