Appendix 3Y – Change of Directors Interest Notice

Eden Innovations Ltd (the “Company”) advises that the securities trading by NonExecutive Director Mr Guy Le Page on the 19[th] and 21 of April 2016 did not occur in accordance with the Company’s Trading Policy (the “Policy”). The Policy provides that the time between the end of a quarter (30 September, 31 December, 31 March and 30 June) and the date on which the Quarterly Activities Report is lodged on the ASX is a regularly scheduled closed period (“Closed Period”) and trading during this period is only permitted with prior written approval of the Chairman and Company Secretary in exceptional circumstances.

The Company has reinforced with Mr Le Page that any trading of securities in the Company during Closed Periods is prohibited and only allowed with prior written approval in accordance with the Trading Policy.

Going forward, the Company will remind all Company personnel quarterly, prior to each Closed Period, of the Closed Period and their obligations under the Company’s Trading Policy to ensure future dealings are undertaken in accordance with the Trading Policy.
