DIRECTORS INTERESTS NOTICES

Whilst preparing the Appendix 3Z (Final Director’s Interest Notice) for Andrew Leibovitch it was noted that the Appendix 3X (Initial Director’s Interest Notice) for Andrew Leibovitch and Richard Beresford were prepared at the time of their appointment as directors of Eden Energy Ltd, in May 2007, however due to an administrative oversight, were not lodged with the ASX at that time.

Please find attached the Appendix 3X for Andrew Leibovitch and Richard Beresford and the Appendix 3Z for Andrew Leibovitch.

We note that their interests in shares and options in Eden Energy Ltd have not changed since they were appointed and that their interests have been disclosed in the 2007 and 2008 annual reports of Eden Energy Limited.
