Further Extension of Loan Funding

Further to Tasman Resources Ltd’s (“Tasman”) Quarterly Activities Report and Appendix 5B and Quarterly Activities Report and Appendix 4C by Eden Innovations Ltd (“Eden”) both released on the 24[th] of January 2024, Tasman advises the following :

Subsequent to the quarter, the Company’s major shareholders, Arkenstone Pty Ltd and March Bells Pty Ltd (collectively “ArkBells”) have provided a further $500,000 in loan funds to Tasman including an additional $50,000 in working capital for Tasman.

Tasman, via its wholly owned subsidiary Noble Energy Pty Ltd (“Noble”) has further advanced $450,000 of the above proceeds to Eden for the purposes of ongoing working capital.

The terms and conditions associated with the loan advances are consistent with those existing facilities respectively as previously announced on 19 July 2023, being unsecured, at call, with interest accrued at 9.97% per annum.
