PRO-RATA NON-RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE RESULTS
The non-renounceable pro-rata rights offer (Offer) made to shareholders of Eden Innovations Ltd (Eden) who were on the register as at 5:00pm WST on 21 December 2022 pursuant to an offer dated 16 December 2022 (Offer Document) closed on 20 January 2023.
The final results of the Offer are as follows:

Accordingly, upon completion of issuing of the New Shares and Shortfall Shares under the rights issue the amount raised will be $1,000,761 (before the payment of the expenses of the issue).
Per 2.13 of the Offer Document, the Directors reserve the right to place the balance of the remaining 70,970,685 shortfall shares within three months after the closing date of the Offer at a price which is not less than the price at which the Shares were offered under the Offer.
