PRO-RATA NON-RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE RESULTS
The non-renounceable pro-rata rights offer (Offer) made to shareholders of Eden Innovations Ltd (Eden) who were on the register as at 5:00pm WST on 13 May 2022 pursuant to a prospectus dated 10 May 2022 (Offer Document) closed on 3 June 2022.
The final results of the Offer are as follows:

Accordingly upon completion of issuing of the New Shares and New Options under the rights issue the amount raised will be $2,009,042 (before the payment of the expenses of the issue).
Eden reserved the right in the Offer Document to place any or all of the remaining 130,504,841 shortfall shares (and free attaching New Options) within three months after the closing date of the Offer at a price which is not less than the price at which the Shares were offered under the Offer.
