CLEANSING NOTICE

This notice is given by Eden Innovations Ltd ( Eden ) under section 708A(5)(e) and 708A(6) of the Corporations Act 2001 (the Act ).

On 30 September 2022, Eden issued to investors and a broker 125,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares (ASX Code: EDE) (the Shares ) and 45,000,000 EDEOC options, (ASX Code: EDEOC) (the Options).

The Shares and Options are both in a class of securities that were quoted on the Australian Securities Exchange at all times in the last three months before the date on which they were issued.

Eden gives this notice pursuant to section 708A(5)(e) of the Act in connection with the Shares and Options referred to above.

Eden issued the Shares and Options without disclosure to the investors and the broker under Part 6D of the Act.

As at the date of this notice, Eden has complied with:

1. the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to Eden; and

2. section 674 of the Act.

As at the date of this notice, there is no excluded information as described in section 708A(7) and (8) of the Act.
