CLEANSING NOTICE UNDER PARAGRAPH 7(f)(ii) OF ASIC CORPORATIONS (SHARE AND INTEREST PURCHASE PLANS) INSTRUMENT 2019/547

Eden Innovations Ltd (Eden) will make offers to issue ordinary shares (Shares) to eligible shareholders under a Share Purchase Plan (SPP), without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Act)

The Shares are in a class of securities quoted on the Australian Securities Exchange.

Eden gives this notice pursuant to paragraph 7(f)(ii) of ASIC Corporations (Share and Interest Purchase Plans) Instrument 2019/547.

The offers under the SPP to issue Shares to eligible shareholders will be made without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Act.

As at the date of this notice, Eden has complied with:

• the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to Eden; and

• section 674 of the Act.

As at the date of this notice, there is no excluded information as described in section 708A(7) and (8) of the Act.
