EXTENSION OF SHARE PURCHASE PLAN CLOSING DATE

The Directors of Eden Innovations Ltd ( Eden ) advise that they have resolved, to extend the closing date for the current Share Purchase Plan (SPP) by 8 business days until midnight on Wednesday 22 July 2020. This extension remains subject to the directors’ right to change the dates and/or close the SPP early.

Due to the impact that COVID-19 and the consequential lockdown restrictions have had on both the time taken for applications forms to reach some shareholders, and disruption in the market generally and in particular in Victoria, the Directors consider it reasonable and prudent to extend the SPP closing date until midnight on 22 July 2020.

The revised Timetable for the SPP is now as follows:
