US Corporate Advisory Firm Appointed

The directors wish to advise that the Company has engaged a US corporate advisory firm to assist in a number of areas including investor relations and broker-dealer relationships within the US. In addition it is hoped the corporate advisory firm will assist getting Eden onto the radar of the US investment community, in particular investors wishing to find ways to invest in companies likely to benefit from the dramatically increased infrastructure spending in the US.

As part of the fee for this engagement, the US corporate advisory firm was issued with 10,000,000 options in the company expiring 1 March 2019, with 5,000,000 exercisable at $0.40 and 5,000,000 exercisable at $0.48.
