PRO-RATA RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE
Eden Energy Ltd ( Eden ) is undertaking a renounceable pro-rata rights offer to Eden's shareholders to raise up to (if fully subscribed) approximately $1,898,003 (the Offer ). The Offer is open to all Eden shareholders who are on the register as at 5.00pm WST on 2 March 2015 (the Record Date ) and who have a registered address in Australia or New Zealand. Under the Offer, Eden will make an offer to all eligible shareholders of one (1) fully paid ordinary Eden share for every four (4) fully paid ordinary Eden shares held at the record date at a price of $0.01 per share, together with one (1) Option for every one (1) Share acquired, free of charge (each to acquire 1 Share at an exercise price of $0.03 per Share, exercisable at any time up to and including 30 September 2018).

Eden’s major shareholder, Noble Energy Pty Ltd (with 46.01% interest) and the majority of Eden’s directors have all indicated that they intend to take up all (or substantially all) of their entitlements under this rights issue.
