PRO-RATA NON-RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE SHORTFALL SECURITIES

Eden received applications from the underwriter for a total of 12,221,856 ordinary fully paid shares ( Shares ), together with 12,221,856 options each to acquire 1 Share at an exercise price of $0.20 per Share at any time up to and including 30 June 2014 ( Options ), raising a total of $1,344,404.05.

Holding statements for the new Shares (and accompanying new Options) will be despatched on 31 May 2011.
