PRO-RATA NON-RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE UPDATED TIMETABLE

Eden Energy Ltd ( Eden ) announced a non-renounceable pro-rata rights offer of fully paid ordinary Eden shares ( Shares ) to eligible Eden shareholders at a price of $0.05 per Share (the Offer ) on 31 October 2011.

The anticipated Timetable for the Offer has subsequently been updated and the current revised anticipated timetable is as follows:
