Eden Energy Ltd (the Company) has today issued the first Convertible Note for the sum of US$1million to La Jolla Cove Investors Inc in accordance with the terms of the Funding Agreement detailed in the announcement lodged by the Company with the Australian Securities Exchange on 11 November 2011.
