ANNOUNCEMENT

La Jolla Cove Investors Inc Funding Agreement

16 November 2011

Eden Energy Ltd (the Company) has today issued 1,175,018 shares at an issue price of 5.0364 cents per share to La Jolla Cove Investors Inc in satisfaction of the payment of the first tranche of the facility fee of US$60,000 in accordance with the terms of the Funding Agreement detailed in the announcement lodged by the Company with the Australian Securities Exchange on 11 November 2011, and has received the first cash advance of US $250,000 pursuant to the first Convertible Note of US$1million issued pursuant to that Agreement.
