Pyrolysis Project Update & Correction
We refer to our announcement of 19 August 2010 related to the Pyrolysis project update and are pleased to announce that the University of Queensland (UQ) has executed the sale agreement.
However the consideration payable to UQ for the acquisition is 3.75 million fully paid ordinary shares (escrowed for 24 months), and not 3.5 million fully paid ordinary shares as incorrectly reported in our announcement of 19 August 2010.
The 3.75 million shares issued in the immediate future.
