SHARE PURCHASE PLAN COMPLETION

The Company announces that in relation to the share purchase plan announced on 18 August 2010 that applications were received for a total of 25,930,000 shares raising a total of $1,296,500. All applicants will receive the full amount of shares they applied for.

On 4 October 2010 these shares were issued and the holding statements will be dispatched on 5 October 2010 to all applicants.
