EDENCRETE[TM] - US UPDATE

Eden Innovations Ltd (“Eden”) is very pleased to announce the appointment by EdenCrete Industries, Inc. (one of Eden’s two wholly owned US subsidiaries) of Dag Grantham (pictured below) as Senior Vice President of Business Development.

In this role, Dag will be charged with driving business in the federal government and state government sectors, as well as international business opportunities.

He will also assist Mr. Robert Reid, EdenCrete Industries’ Atlanta-based executive director, assembling EdenCrete Industries’ future leadership team to steer the business development, sales, and operations of the company through its early growth, expansion and development as a market leader in the concrete admixture market.

Dag brings a significant amount of experience and leadership to EdenCrete Industries, as a retired Lieutenant Colonel from the USAF Reserves where he had a successful 20-year career as an F-16 Mission Commander and Presidential Advance Agent, with a focus on standardization, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

His previous experience also includes time as General Manager for National Specialty Aggregates LLC, a subsidiary of Pebble Technology International, Inc., and most recently, as Director of Flight Standards for NetJets Aviation, Inc. where he interacted with federal regulatory agencies on a daily basis.

Dag and his family will shortly relocate to Augusta, Georgia, where EdenCrete Industries plans to build its global EdenCrete[TM ] manufacturing facility, as previously announced (ASX:EDE 14 April 2016).
