Please see attached the primary insider notification form for the redelivery of the shares to Wilhelmsen New Energy AS under the share lending agreement between DNB Markets, a part of DNB Bank ASA (on behalf of ABG Sundal Collier ASA, Arctic Securities AS, DNB Markets, a part of DNB Bank ASA, Fearnley Securities AS and Pareto Securities AS, the joint bookrunners in the Private Placement) and the Company, pursuant to the Market Abuse Regulation article 19.
