Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 2 March 2023 by Edda Wind ASA (“Edda Wind” or the “Company”) regarding the successful placing of the private placement as described therein (the “Private Placement”) and the stock exchange announcement on 24 March 2023 by the Company regarding the resolution by the extraordinary general meeting to issue 41,568,552 new shares (the “New Shares”) in Tranche 2 of the Private Placement in the Company.
The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the New Shares has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret). Edda Wind’s new share capital is NOK 11,231,448.80, divided into 112,314,488 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.10.
