Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Edda Wind ASA (the “Company”) made on 24 March 2023 regarding the share-lending, and on 29 March 2023 regarding the registration of the share capital increase, in connection with Tranche 2 of the Company’s private placement as announced on 2 March 2023 (the “Private Placement”).
Please see attached the primary insider notification form pursuant to the Market Abuse Regulation article 19 for the redelivery of the 2,768,552 shares to Wilhelmsen New Energy AS related to the Private Placement under the share lending agreement with DNB Markets, a part of DNB Bank ASA (on behalf of the joint bookrunners in the Private Placement) and the Company.
