Haugesund, 25 November 2021: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Edda Wind ASA (the “Company”, OSE ticker "EWIND") of 24 November 2021 regarding the result of the initial public offering of new shares (the “New Shares”).

The share capital increase pertaining to the New Shares has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The new share capital of the Company is NOK 6,160,162.60 divided into 61,601,626 shares with a nominal value of NOK 0.1 each.
