Haugesund, 28 December 2021: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Edda Wind ASA (the “Company”, OSE ticker "EWIND") of 23 December 2021 regarding the issue of new shares in connection with the overallotment option as further described therein.
The share capital increase has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The new share capital of the Company is NOK 6,431,448.80 divided into 64,314,488 shares, each with nominal value NOK 0.1.
