Oslo Børs approves Edda Wind ASA for admission to trading on Oslo Børs

Oslo Børs has resolved to admit the shares in Edda Wind ASA to trading on Oslo Børs.

Oslo Børs resolved to grant an exemption from the listing requirements regarding three years' history, cf. Rule Book II for Oslo Børs and Euronext Expand section 3.1.3.2, cf. section 3.1.3.1. The exemption is granted due to the fact that the activity has existed, however in other juridical units. It is stipulated that the company prior to the first day of trading must satisfy the other admission to trading requirements on Oslo Børs. If the company does not meet the requirements on Oslo Børs, the company will be admitted to trading on Euronext Expand, provided that the admission requirements on Euronext Expand are met.

The president and CEO of Oslo Børs determines the date of the first day of listing, which is to be no later than 22 January 2022.
