Edda Wind ASA – Substantial shareholding disclosure and mandatory notification of trade

Østensjø Wind AS, a close associate of Håvard Framnes, member of the Board of Directors of Edda Wind ASA (the “Company”), has on 2 May 2024 agreed to sell 21,300,000 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 24.50 per share. Following the transaction, Østensjø Wind AS does not hold any shares or rights to shares in the Company.

Carnegie AS has acted as financial advisor to Østensjø Wind AS in the transaction.
