Geveran Trading Co Ltd. ("Geveran") has today, 12 October 2023, acquired 2,000,000 shares in Edda Wind ASA (the "Company"). Following the acquisition of shares, Geveran owns 23,222,648 shares in the Company, representing a total of 20.68% of the Company's issued shares and voting rights (based on 112,314,488 shares issued by the Company).
