Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Edda Wind ASA (the “Company”) on 2 March 2023 regarding the successfully placed private placement of 48,000,000 new shares in the Company (the “Private Placement”) and the stock exchange announcement made today on 24 March 2023 regarding the extraordinary general meeting’s resolution to approve the share capital increase by issuing 41,568,552 new shares in the Company pertaining to Tranche 2 of the Private Placement as further described therein.
Wilhelmsen New Energy AS has lent out 2,768,552 shares in the Company to DNB Markets, a part of DNB Bank ASA (on behalf of the managers for the Private Placement) to facilitate DVP settlement for Tranche 2 in the Private Placement. Please find attached the primary insider notification pursuant to the Market Abuse Regulation article 19.
