Edda Wind appoints Herman Hovland Øverlie as new CFO

Edda Wind has appointed Mr. Herman Hovland Øverlie (43) as new Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of Edda Wind ASA.

"I am very pleased to announce the recruitment of Herman Hovland Øverlie as new CFO in Edda Wind. Øverlie currently serves as Senior Vice President Business Development in Flex LNG and has experience as CFO in Amar Group. Øverlie has also extensive experience from financing, treasury, risk management and financial analysis from Knutsen NYK Offshore Tankers and DnB. I am certain he will be a valuable contributor to the future development of our business", says Kenneth Walland, CEO of Edda Wind.

Øverlie holds a master's degree in Financial Economics from BI Norwegian School of Management.

Øverlie will start in Edda Wind March 1, 2024.
